Why Transformation Without Diversity and Inclusion Isn't Real

Is there anyone in today’s business world who has not heard of transformational leadership, organizational culture change or talent optimization? Articles, books and white papers are published daily on those topics.

We’ve heard a lot from the experts but we aren’t hearing enough from people  in organizations who are the future innovators and hold the hidden genius.

Without real diversity at all organizational levels, and without input from all employees, not just people who fit a certain mold, transformation and breakthrough innovation can’t take place.

Too often, people  talk about transformation but it is only transformation for the “the few,” and not the many. Transformation and innovation that  only includes one group of people whether its by culture, race, ethnicity, or work function will be not be transformative or innovative but will just be like changing the box but the contents remain the same. The people are the same, the processes don’t change and the results don’t happen.
